Kurt Arnold and Jason Itkin are civil trial lawyers based in Houston, Texas. Since 2004, their personal injury law firm has helped thousands of families in the wake of catastrophic accidents that have either killed or incapacitated a loved one.

As litigators, we have dedicated our careers to victims of catastrophic accidents, ensuring they get the justice they deserve. Now, it’s time for us to give back on an even grander scale. Jason Itkin says the mission of the Arnold & Itkin Foundation grew from a desire to have a much broader positive impact on society as whole. After seeing so many clients who have lost everything—their health, their livelihoods, their loved ones—Kurt Arnold and Jason Itkin, along with their wives, Tara and Kisha, decided that there was more they could do to help. The mission of the Foundation is to spread hope and brighten the futures of those suffering through no fault of their own.

The Foundation chooses projects where they can help to not only raise awareness, but also support individuals facing the toughest moments of their lives. This includes supporting individuals who have personally suffered from a catastrophic accident, those who have been the victim of a natural disaster, and those who find themselves facing otherwise horrific circumstances.

From assisting burn victims to children with neurological disorders, the Foundation has made it their mission to help people not only in the local Houston community, but throughout Texas and nationwide.
